Well, my Mexico trip is coming up. I am very excited but I really need to get healthier before I go. My goal is to lose 2 pounds/week until I go. I have always had a hard time with my weight. It’s tough to stay healthy for me but as a nurse, I know how important it is for me to be healthy. I am going to eat very well and track my food intake on Lose It. I am also going to exercise 4-5 times/week. This is my goal. It seems like I just go through times where I am really committed and then I kind of give up and go back to bad habits. I really want to be healthy especially since we want to have a baby soon. I think it’s just my eternal struggle. LOL.
